What is it? Why is it purple? Wow are those jamun? Yes they are jamun or jambhul (in marathi) and I have made shots of it. It looks so beautiful and it is loved by all. You can also call it Jamun/ Jambhul sarbat. Jamun are really good for diabetes, good for certain heart conditions (kindly consume by doctor's consent only if you have any questions about it).

6 min Veg Biryani in an instant Pot/ Paneer Biryani in an instant pot/Veg Biryani in Pressure cooker
Biryani is loved by all. And what if we make it in our instant pot?
So here is the quick and easy recipe.Ingredents:
1. Basmati Rice: 3 cups 2. Yogurt: 2 cups 3. Water: 3 cups 4. Paneer: 300 gm 5. Mixed veggies: 2-3 cups (refer the video for list of veggies) 6. Kewara essence: 3 drops (optional) 7. Rose water: 2-3 Tbsp (optional) 8. Saffron Strands: A Big pinch 9. Whole garam masala (refer the video for list) 10. Biryani Masala: 2 Tbsp 11. Fresh cilantro: 1 Cup 12. Fresh mint leaves: 15-20 13. Salt: To taste 14. Clarified butter: 2-3 Tbsp 15. Chopped onions: 2 medium 16. Fried Onion: 1 Cup 17. Ginger- garlic paste: 2 TbspMethod:
1. Put Instant pot on saute mode and put all the whole garam masala. Stir well. 2. Add chopped onions and let it become translucent. 3. Add ginger garlic paste. Stir well. 4. Add veggies and paneer one by one and stir well. (refer the video for the list) 5. Add yogurt. Stir well. 6. Add fried onions, 8-10 mint leaves and fistful of cilantro. 7. Add soaked rice and salt (refer the video for the instructions of how to soak the rice for perfect results) 8. Now line the rice with fried onions, 8-10 mint leaves and fistful of cilantro. 9. Add combination of rose water, kewara and saffron strands. 10. Add water, submerge the rice grains in the water. 11. Put the lid back on sealing mode. 12. Turn off the saute mode and put the pot on "Manual/Pressure Cook" mode on high for 6 minutes. 13. After 6 minutes are done, wait for 5 minutes and release the pressure. 14. Fluff the rice and take it out on a serving plate to stop the cooking further. 15. Garnish it with fried onion and cilantro.Pressure Cooker Method:
If you are making it in normal pressure cooker then follow the same instructions and listen to one whistle on medium flame. And when the pressure is released just take it out in a serving dish immediately to stop the cooking process.Follow us on social media:

Paneer Bhurji in instant pot/Quick Paneer Bhurji recipe/Protein rich Paneer recipe/Cottage cheese recipe
We all love Paneer bhurji and the best part is it's quick and easy.
I made it in my Instant pot just on saute mode but you can make it on normal stove top in your skillet.
Ingredients:
1.Paneer: 500 gm
2. Oil: 2 Tbsp
3. Onion: 1 Medium (Finely Chopped)
4. Tomato: 2 Small (Finely Chopped)
5. Cumin Seeds: 2 Tsp
6. Green Chilies: 3 (Finely Chopped)
7. Red chili powder: 1 Tsp
8. Turmeric Powder: 1.5 Tsp
9. Kasoori Methi: 1 Tsp (optional)
10.Ginger-Garlic paste: 1.5 Tsp
11. Cumin-Coriander powder: 1 Tsp
12. Garam Masala: 1 Tsp13. Salt: To taste
14. Water: half a cup
Method:
1. Take 500 gm of Paneer and crumble it. Don't grate it, just crumble it.
2. Put Instant pot on Saute mode (more) and after a minute or so add oil to the inner pot.
3. Add cumin seeds and wait for it to splutter.
4. Add green chilies, red chili powder and onion. Let onion become translucent.
5. Add tomatoes and salt to taste. Let tomatoes cook properly. Put lid on it.
6. Now add turmeric powder. Add crushed Kasuri methi. Stir and put lid till the tomatoes leave some oil.
7. Add ginger garlic paste, Cumin-coriander powder. Stir well.
8. Add half a cup of water. In the video I added 1 cup of water and it became little runny so start with half a cup of water and add more if required. Deglaze the pan properly.
9. Add garam masala, stir well.
10. Add crumbled panner. Stor well, put the lid for a minute or so.
11. Add lots of cilantro, stir well. And serve it hot with roti, bread or naan.

न तळता तयार करा कुरकुरीत साबुदाणा चिवडा/ Sabudana chivada recipe/Nylon Sabudana chivada in microwave
Ingredients:
1. Nylon Sabudana: 1 Cup 2. Roasted peanuts: 3/4 Cup 3. Oil: 2 Tbsp 4. Cumin seeds: 1 Tsp 5. Green chilies: 2 (chopped) 6. Sugar: 1/2 Tsp 7. Salt: To tasteMethod:
1. Take one cup nylon sabudana in a micrawave safe plate. 2. Put it in microwave for 2 minutes on High 3. Stir a bit , and put it back for another 30 sec. 4. Stir and if need be put it for 30 sec more. So in total we microwaved them for 3 minutes. 5. Now take it in another bowl, add roasted peanuts (air fried peanuts and microwaved peanut recipe is given below) 6. Add sugar and salt to the above mixture. 7. In 2tbsp hot oil add cumin seeds and chopped green chilies. 8. Stir everything well and pop in the microwave for one more minute, they will be puffed up more. 9. Let it cool and store it in an air tight container. 10. Enjoy it anytime of the day or with tea/ coffee. Hope you all like this super easy recipe. Do try it and let me know in your comments.
